Du lait humain est disponible via cette banque pour les pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s de 32 semaines ou moins et pour des nouveau-n\u00e9s avec certains probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 trait\u00e9s dans plusieurs centres hospitaliers. Le lait de banque est disponible selon certains crit\u00e8res pr\u00e9cis et il n\u2019est pas disponible dans toutes les n\u00e9onatologies. Renseignez-vous aupr\u00e8s du personnel soignant de votre h\u00f4pital pour savoir si le lait humain de banque est disponible.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9ma-Qu\u00e9bec pasteurise le lait maternel et effectue des analyses de laboratoire aupr\u00e8s des donneuses de lait. Le lait des donneuses est test\u00e9 rigoureusement, et il est s\u00e9curitaire d\u2019administrer du lait de banque aux b\u00e9b\u00e9s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s. \u00c0 ce jour il n\u2019y a pas eu de cas rapport\u00e9s de transmission du VIH ou de l\u2019h\u00e9patite via les banques de lait humain.
